BIZLINK is a Registered NDIS Provider of Employment Support (ES) and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).

ES is focussed on building the capacity of NDIS participants aged from 14 years to 65 years. SLES is focussed on capacity building with the transition from school to employment for NDIS participants aged from 17 to 22 years, this funding can be accessed for 2 years.

Early intervention can build employment related confidence, students can initially access ES and then transition to SLES. Regardless of your age or barriers to employment, we can assist so you get the right program for you – which may be our DES program (Disability Employment Service) depending on your individual support needs.

Our supports include:

  • Identifying and establishing your employment goals
  • Building your work-related skills and confidence
  • Work experience opportunities
  • Community based activities
  • Transport training
  • Interview skills training
  • Learning about employer expectations

Both SLES and ES are found in an NDIS plan under Capacity Building: Finding and Keeping a Job (FaKaJ). More information can be found on the NDIS website Finding, keeping and changing jobs | NDIS or contact our Project Manager for personal assistance:
