Employment Supports

BIZLINK is a Registered NDIS Provider of Employment Support (ES) and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).

ES is focussed on building the capacity of NDIS participants aged from 14 years to 65 years. SLES is focussed on capacity building of participants who are transitioning from school to employment. NDIS participants can access this funding when aged between 15 to 22 years, this funding can be accessed for 2 years.

Early intervention can build employment related confidence, participants can initially access ES and then transition to SLES. Regardless of your age or barriers to employment, we can assist so you get the right support for you – which may be our DES program (Disability Employment Service) depending on your individual support needs. We deliver our service through one to one support and or group sessions.

  • Discovery Activities
  • Identifying and establishing your employment goals
  • Building your work-related skills and confidence
  • Building your communication skills
  • Work experience/Volunteering opportunities
  • Community based activities
  • Time Management
  • Transport training
  • Interview skills training
  • Learning about employer expectations

We also run group sessions; participants can engage is fun learning activities. They will be part of a small group of similar age and will have the opportunity to build on their social skills while learning employability skills.
